● 产品简介：
Chloramphenicol is derived from Streptomyces venezuelae and has a broad
spectrum of activity. It is often used
for bacterial selection in molecular biology.
Chloramphenicol is effective against gram-positive and gram-negative
bacteria. It functions by binding to the
50S ribosomal unit to prevent aminoacyl tRNA from binding to the ribosome which
prevents elongation of protein chain.
● 使用方法：
根据实验具体要求操作，一般Chl在培养基中终浓度为25～170
μg/ml。
● 贮存、效期及运输：
-20℃避光保存；有效期12个月；湿冰运输。
